Tried it on and don’t love it? We completely understand.
Our goal is your complete satisfaction! If we have not delighted you, all unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 60 days of ship date. We are happy to process an exchange at no additional shipping expense for a new size, color, or different item.
If you prefer to return, you may elect to receive a refund in the form of a non-expiring e-gift card in the dollar amount of your returned item(s) or you can choose to receive a refund back to your original payment method less the prepaid return label charge.
A refund or exchange will not be processed for products that do not meet exchange or refund criteria or are received after 60 days from the ship date - all sales are final after the 60 day period. Exchanges exclude items shipped directly from third-party brands, heavy items, items purchased through Amazon, Walmart, or via PayPal.
*Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you return a final sale item, you will not be refunded for the item or shipment and the item will be donated to a charity local to our Indianapolis, IN distribution center.
Option 1. Free returns for an e-gift card
To make our returns as easy as possible, use our trackable USPS return shipping label on the back of your invoice. By using our label you will receive a non-expiring e-gift card for your return in the dollar amount of your returned item(s). E-gift cards are just like gift cards except you will receive this one by e-mail as a digital card with an associated code which can be used at any of our FullBeauty Brands.
Customers who do not have an e-mail address will be mailed a gift card to the shipping address used in your order.
Be sure to tick the first box in Step 2 on the back of the invoice for a refund by e-gift card.
Option 2. Refund to original payment method
For a refund to your original method of payment, you may use our easy return label for a return fee of $10.99, which will be deducted from your refund, or use your own method of shipping.
Be sure to tick the second box in Step 2 on the back of the invoice for a refund to your original method of payment.

- Affix the prepaid shipping label (found on your invoice) to the package or your own packing label depending on which return option you choose. Make sure no other tracking labels are visible.
- Drop off your package at any USPS location.
Once we process your return, we’ll send an email confirmation. Please note that it takes about 2 weeks to receive and process your return. All sales are final 60 days after the ship date.

An item is considered a heavy item if over 70 lbs.

Can’t find or lost your packing slip and easy return label? Not a problem. You can easily generate and print a new shipping label and packing slip.
If you have a BrylaneHome account, or have an account with any of our other brands, sign in and select Order History. Locate the order you wish to return and select "Return Item" and follow the instructions.
Placed your order as a guest? Go to our online returns portal to select your preferred return option and print out your shipping label plus packing slip. All you need is your order number and shipping zip code.

Order the wrong size or color? It happens. Here’s what you do.
START YOUR EXCHANGE USING ONE OF TWO OPTIONS:
1. Use The Exchange Form On Your Invoice
Find your invoice inside your original shipment. Complete the exchange form on the back of your invoice with the information for the new product(s) you’d like to receive. For lost or damaged invoices or shipping labels, exchanges can be initiated online (see #2 below).
2. Or Start Your Exchange Online
Exchanging online is easy if you have a BrylaneHome account. Simply sign in and select Order History. Locate the order you wish to exchange and select "Return Items" On the "Order History" page, select the item(s) you would like to exchange along with a reason for exchanging. Select "Return Selected Items" and follow the instructions for mailing your exchange.
*Be sure to complete the exchange form by filling in the chart with the information for the new product(s) you’d like to receive.

Need your replacement item faster? Call us to place your new order.
We’ll gladly place a new order for you while your return is on its way! Applicable to orders paid with a credit or debit card only. Call us at 1-800-944-1258. You will be charged for your replacement item(s). A refund will be issued to the credit card used on the original order once your return has been processed.
*Exchanges exclude items shipped directly from third-party brands, heavy items, items purchased through Amazon, Walmart, via PayPal. All sales are final 60 day after ship date.

Returns for e-gift card
Customers with email addresses should expect to receive an email with your e-gift card information within about 2 weeks.
For customers without an email address, please allow an additional week (total of 3 weeks) to receive a letter in the mail containing your gift card information.
E-gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. It is important to retain the e-gift card number/pin for your records as FullBeauty Brands is not responsible for lost or stolen e-gift cards.
E-gift card information is only retained in our system for 90 days. After that, your e-gift card will still be valid, but you will need to provide the details noted on your refund email to redeem the e-gift card towards a new order.
Returns for refund to original payment method
Refunds credited back to your original method of payment (minus applicable return label fees) usually take around 3 weeks, and it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly statement. If you made your purchase with a check, money order or gift card, a refund check will be mailed to your billing address.
Please note: If you completed an order as a partial payment with a gift card and/or rewards certificate and an alternative payment method, the refund will be credited to the credit card used to place the order.
A refund or exchange will not be processed for products that do not meet exchange or refund criteria or are received after 60 days from the original ship date. All sales are final after 60 days.
Checking on a return is easy.
Simply select Order Status. Once your return is received, it will be listed as "Returned" along with the date we received and processed it.
Do we have your email address?
If you're a registered user or if you have provided us with your email address, you’ll receive two confirmation emails. First confirmation will be sent when we receive your return and a second one when your return has been processed. It takes about 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return, please allow 7 additional business days for the return credit to post to your account.
Can I track my return?
Yes! If you used our Return Label to return your merchandise, just visit USPS.com with your tracking number to see if we’ve received your item. For tracking heavy item returns, visit UPS.com. Then, check your Order Status. Once we’ve received and processed your return, the status will change to “Returned”. Processing typically takes up to two weeks from the time you mail the return.
Checking on an exchange is easy.
Our exchanges are processed just like a new order, and listed as Exchange in your order status. Exchanges typically take three weeks to process from the time you send back your item. To check the status of an exchange, click here.
Exchanges cannot be processed for PayPal, Amazon, Walmart, or other third-party orders. Please return the item(s) and allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be processed and the refund to post to your account — less return label charges and postage fees (see My Refund section above for more information). For orders placed on 3rd party vendor sites, items should be returned through the original purchase site; Third-party vendor’s return policies may vary. All sales are final 60 day after ship date.
What Happens If I'm Returning Merchandise Purchased with a Gift Card?
If you used a Gift Card to pay for the entire purchase, you will receive a refund check for the merchandise total issued to your billing address. If you completed an order as a partial payment with a gift card and/or rewards certificate and an alternative payment method, the refund will be credited to the alternative payment method used to place the order (see My Refund section above for more information).

Returns received after 60 days will not be accepted. We recommend that you use your local postal service to facilitate the returns back to our facility. Postal carriers have more flexibility in working with you to clear your items through Customs. We also recommend that you select an insured and trackable option as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Further, the customer is the exporter of record from the destination country and is responsible for all charges including freight, duties and brokerage costs incurred to return an item to the FullBeauty Fulfillment Center in the United States. Title and risk of loss are yours and only transfer to us once the product is received at our fulfillment center.
BEFORE sending your return, we recommend you document the following items in the event that U.S. Customs requests the information:
- Your complete name and address
- Description, in English, of each item. Be as detailed as possible.
- For apparel items, you should note:
- If it is a men's or women's item
- Whether the item is knit or woven
- Main fiber content (from the label)
- The type of garment, e.g. pants, pullover, blouse, etc.
- For other items, describe the item and what it is made of - the more specific the better.
- For example, "14K Gold Earrings" is better than "metal jewelry."
- Quantity of each type of item being shipped
- Value of each item, in US dollars (available from the original shipment invoice).
- Estimated Net weight of each item in pounds and kilograms
- The country each item was made in from the garment label
Product Driven Returns: (Quality, Damage, or Wrong Item) In the unlikely event we send you an item that is damaged, broken, or has other quality issues, please contact us using this link, or by calling 01-915-225-4970 to describe the problem.
Canadian Customer Flat Fee Returns Option:
We are pleased to offer our Canadian customers a flat fee returns program available through our international shipping partner i-parcel. If you wish to use this process, you are agreeing to allow FULLBEAUTY Brands to deduct a one-time $20 fee per return against your return credit. This amount will be deducted at the time the credit is issued to your banking institution.
In order to take advantage of the flat fee returns process, simply follow the steps detailed below. We will handle all Customs formalities and delivery back to our fulfillment center in the United States. FULLBEAUTY Brands takes both title and risk of loss once your package is acknowledged as received by the Canadian Post.
- Go to i-parcel’s returns site: Click here
- Enter your tracking number and e-mail from your original order to pull up your order history.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once you have selected your item(s) simply print the returns label for Canada Post.
- The returns tracking number will be listed on your preprinted returns label. Please keep this number for your records to track the package back to our facility.
- Place the item(s) in a shipping bag with label attached and drop off at your nearest Canada Post shipping location.
Note: If you need to make changes to a label that has already been printed, simply discard the incorrect label and generate a new one in the system. Be sure to use the correct label with your return to ensure you receive the proper credit.
Canadian Duty and Tax Refund Process:
There is no need to contact Canadian Customs for refunds of duties and taxes on your returned merchandise. Our shipping partner, i-parcel, will process your refund directly with Canadian Customs on your behalf once the merchandise has been exported. You should expect to see a separate credit applied to your credit card for the Canadian duties and taxes in approximately 60 days from the date your product is exported.
